For the patient to be able to read encrypted emails they need to do the following:

1. Open the email and click the “Read the message” button
2. Then they need to select “Sign in with one-time passcode”
3. They will be taken to a page to enter a passcode which will be sent to them via email
4. They will enter the passcode and check the “this is a private computer, keep me signed in for 12 hours” option. Then they click “continue”, and then they will be able to read your email.
