- After creating a user, the user will receive an invite to SH via email and will set their own password.
- The created user account can also be designated with Superuser status, Staff status and/or within a group (technical or clinical).
- Marking the user with both Superuser and Staff status grants the user permission to access the admin panel.
- Clinical group status allows the user all clinical permissions.
- When adding a user to the Clinical permission group, they will be able to view and edit user videos, process questions, and therapy notes. They may also view clinical support messages.
- Technical group status allows the user all technical permissions.
- When adding a user to the Technical permission group, the user will have all Clinical permissions plus ability to edit and create programs, and edit and create users. They may also view technical support messages.
- When viewing a non-super user (a patient), their progress can be seen via the links on their account page.
